About the Video Author James Max
James Max, 37, is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with 15 years experience in property investment, investment banking and finance. He was a semi finalist in the first series of BBC's The Apprentice.
Since taking part in the programme he has undertaken a wide array of TV, radio and public speaking engagements. He presents his own shows on London's LBC 97.3, and was on TalkSPORT between 2006 and 2008. He co-presents three shows on Overseas Property TV, writes a monthly lifestyle column for Property Week, appeared on E4's "Harvey Goldsmith - The Encore" and is a regular Press reviewer on Sky News. He has written for The Sunday Times and The Times Online. He speaks regularly at corporate events, awards ceremonies and training events across the country including the Shell Step final and LBC News 1152's City Life Awards. He is also a non executive director of Wow Property.
