IF THE AGENT DOESN'T HELP WITH THIS, THEN REMIND THEM THAT THERE ARE PLENTY OF AGENTS OUT THERE WHO WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE ON YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.
